My name is Tammy Slate and I’m a life coach and vibrational leader. I work with people who want more- serenity, more clarity, more success and are ready to move forward—but want to do so feeling supported, grounded, and deeply connected to themselves along the way.

At the heart of my work is the nervous system. When your nervous system feels safe, supported, and regulated, change doesn’t feel overwhelming—it feels possible. Your thoughts become clearer. Your emotions feel easier to hold. Your body begins to trust again. And from that place, aligned action flows naturally.
